Service Description. This Site describes In-Home Care, Companion Care Service, Alzheimer's Care, Dementia Care, Personal Care provided by Migamelia Home Health Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://homehealthcarehartford.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Migamelia Home Health Care or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Migamelia Home Health Care reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Migamelia Home Health Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Migamelia Home Health Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Migamelia Home Health Care against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CT law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CT for any related dispute.
